Description**SCOPE OF POSITION*The LPN HAWS Business Health is
responsible for nursing skills needed to perform various health
screenings. Plays vital role in scheduling, coordinating and
setting up health screenings at various business onsite locations
with the RN. Must follow current standards and guidelines
established by National organizations and policy/procedures of
Ballad Health. LPN must report abnormal screening results to RN.
Strong nursing judgment is required. Must be focused on wellness
and prevention aspects of care with strong communication skills,
sensitive to and incorporates socioeconomic factors, educational
levels and cultural diversity in all client encounters. Should
possess a basic working knowledge of nursing principles. Must be
friendly, outgoing, and patient centered care focused, as well as
resourceful and flexible. Demonstrates loyalty to Ballad Health and
its services.*REPORTING RELATIONSHIP*See Table of
Organization.*EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE*Graduate of approved school
of nursing and currently licensed to practice in the appropriate
state. Must have 3 years of experience.CONTINUING EDUCATIONAL
REQUIREMENTSa) Obtains 12 hours educational credit.b) Verbalizes
understanding of Shared Governance and willingly participates on
committee, task force, or project to improve patient care or work
area when asked.c) Attends 75% of staff meetings and reads 25% of
