Job Description:
Corporate Finance Manager – USA/UK Operations We are seeking a
highly experienced and strategic Corporate Finance Manager to lead
and manage all aspects of financial planning and reporting for our
clients USA operations. This role will play a critical part in the
financial stewardship of a business unit within a large corporation
(>$100M in revenue), acting as a key member of the USA
Leadership Team and working closely with the Group CFO and Head of
Group Finance to optimize regional performance. Key
Responsibilities: Prepare and present accurate financial/statutory
reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in compliance
with US GAAP. Lead the FP&A process, providing insightful
analysis, forecasts, and strategic recommendations. Manage the full
audit process and act as the primary liaison for external auditors.
Collaborate in strategic planning and contribute to business
development initiatives. Drive process optimization and continuous
improvement initiatives within the finance function. Ensure
exceptional internal customer service through oversight of shared
service functions including Payroll, AP, and AR. Partner with IT
and business units to enhance management information systems and
reporting tools. Oversee financial planning and performance of
capital projects. Manage cash flow with extensive hands-on
involvement and implement working capital optimization strategies.
Lead and mentor a finance team of 5 direct reports, fostering
collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Ensure
accurate UK rate conversion for intercompany transactions and
reporting. Maintain compliance with corporate policies and
regulatory standards while supporting a culture of financial
discipline and transparency. Required Qualifications: CPA
qualification is required. Bachelor's degree in Finance,
Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA
desirable). Must have bonding experince. Experience running reports
is USD and Pounds. Minimum 7–10 years of progressive financial
management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior finance
role within a large corporation ($100M revenue). Experience working
in a Private Equity-backed environment is preferred. Strong
expertise in US GAAP and project-based/contract accounting. Proven
experience managing Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts
Receivable functions. Demonstrated leadership experience managing a
finance team. Strong background in UK rate conversion and
international financial coordination. Highly proficient in Excel
and accounting software (SAGE preferred). Excellent analytical,
financial modeling, and business partnering skills. Core

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Bonus Structure
