Supervises and coordinates imaging personnel, which includes staffing and ensures compliance with protocols /n /n/n /n The value you’ll bring to the team: /n /n/n /n/n /n - Oversees QC, QA programs and or accrediting function /n /n - Manage staff performance, reviews and competencies /n /n - Delegates responsibilities to ensure quality care in the imaging department /n /n - Ensures employee safety and attends safety/loss-control trainings and engages in injury prevention /n /n - Performs accident and injury investigations, including conducting root cause analyses /n /n - Participates in completing patient safety initiatives /n /n - Responsible for managing supplies /n /n - May develop, deploy, and maintain protocols approved by radiologist /n /n - Assures Imaging equipment is available and in good working condition by troubleshooting and reporting findings through the hospital work order system. Operates and maintains radiology equipment in a safe manner and initiates work order request /n /n/n /n/n /n Qualifications /n /n The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: /n /n/n /n/n /n - Associate's Degree or higher /n /n - 3 years of experience /n /n - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists /n /n - Basic Life Support - CPR Cert /n /n/n /n/n /n This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
