technology of shading solutions. \n \n \n Position Overview \n The
Maintenance Technician position is responsible for inspecting,
troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment to ensure safe
and efficient operations. Performs preventive maintenance using a
Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and supports
continuous improvement efforts. Must work safely, independently,
and with attention to detail. Works Monday – Friday 1st Shift – 8
hours, 5 days per week, with rare Saturdays/Overtime/Call -Ins
required. \n What you'll do \n \n \n Perform routine inspections
and preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems \n \n
\n \n Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues from parts change
to component rebuild \n \n \n \n Troubleshoot and repair electrical
issues from power distribution to PLCs and controls \n \n \n \n Use
CMMS to create, manage and complete maintenance work orders \n \n
\n \n Follow all safety protocols and report/correct hazards or
unsafe conditions immediately \n \n \n \n Read and interpret
blueprints, schematics, manuals, and part catalogs for accurate
repairs \n \n \n \n Research and requisition parts to support
repairs/stores replenishment. \n \n \n \n Support bi-annual
facility shutdowns and occasional call-in maintenance needs \n \n
\n \n Participate in lean/process improvement initiatives and
suggest process improvements \n \n \n \n Conduct weekly Gemba walk
to identify and address opportunities \n \n \n \n Maintain a clean,
safe, and organized work environment including weekly departmental
deep cleaning \n \n \n \n All other duties as assigned \n \n \n Who
you are \n \n \n High school diploma or GED required; technical
school training or 5 years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance
experience preferred \n \n \n \n Skilled in mechanical and
electrical troubleshooting \n \n \n \n Proficient in using hand and
power tools, multi-meters, amp clamps, etc. \n \n \n \n Able to
read and interpret blueprints, schematics, repair manuals, and
parts catalogs \n \n \n \n Comfortable with MS Office suite,
Outlook Email, CMMS software \n \n \n Strong safety awareness and
commitment to following protocols \n \n \n \n Self-motivated,
detail-oriented, and able to work independently \n \n \n \n
Effective communicator and team player \n \n \n \n Physically
capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing frequent bending,
squatting, and walking \n \n \n \n Comfortable working in noisy,
hot, cold, or dusty manufacturing environments \n \n \n \n Normal
schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week \n \n \n \n Overtime and
