Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of
administrative and customer service functions within an
organization. This position is responsible for providing timely and
accurate support to both internal teams and external clients,
facilitating communication, and managing documentation efficiently.
The Support Clerk will handle a variety of clerical tasks including
data entry, record keeping, and responding to inquiries, which
directly contributes to the overall productivity and service
quality of the company. By maintaining organized records and
supporting operational workflows, the Support Clerk helps to
minimize disruptions and improve the effectiveness of business
processes. Ultimately, this role is essential in fostering a

dependable and professional support services. Minimum
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in
basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
Outlook). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to
manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative
or customer support role. Familiarity with customer relationship
management (CRM) software. Basic knowledge of data entry and record
management best practices. Ability to work independently as well as
collaboratively within a team. Additional training or certification
in office administration or related fields. Responsibilities:
Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including
emails, phone calls, and mail. Maintain accurate records and
databases by entering, updating, and verifying information. Assist
in preparing reports, documents, and presentations as needed by
various departments. Respond promptly and courteously to customer
inquiries, providing information or directing them to the
appropriate personnel. Support team members with administrative
tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and
managing office supplies. Skills: The required skills such as
proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational abilities
are utilized daily to manage documentation, communicate
effectively, and maintain accurate records. Verbal and written
communication skills enable the Support Clerk to interact
professionally with customers and colleagues, ensuring clear and
courteous exchanges. Time management and multitasking skills are
essential for handling various responsibilities simultaneously
without compromising quality. Preferred skills like familiarity
with CRM software enhance the ability to track customer
