Job Description:
Regional Financial Company seeking a Full Time Experienced Administrative Assistant for the Johnson City, TN office. Looking for individual who has worked as an Administrative Assistant for at least 2-3 years.-- The individual will perform diverse administrative support functions and ensure efficient operation of the front office and provide excellent customer service to clients and staff.-- Job requires the following: Must be proficient in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook Strong Work Ethic Great Attitude Answer phone calls and route appropriately Communicate effectively with management, staff and clients Demonstrate excellence and competence, collaboration, accountability and ownership Schedule and organize training workshops, events and meetings General Administrative duties Supply ordering Process reports Social Media Management Other assigned duties Education: Associates Degree in Office Management, a plus.
