Are you a detail-driven construction professional with a knack
for numbers and a passion for precision? Our client, a reputable
and growing general contractor in the Knoxville market, is seeking
a skilled Estimator to join their preconstruction team. This role
is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and
enjoys working on a diverse range of commercial projects. Client
Details Our client is a well-established GC with a strong

commitment to professional development. Description Prepare
detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects
including new builds, tenant improvements, and interior
renovations. Analyze drawings, specifications, and other
documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor
estimates. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients during
the preconstruction phase. Maintain historical cost data and
contribute to value engineering efforts. Profile 5 years of
experience in commercial construction estimating. Strong knowledge
of construction means, methods, and materials. Proficiency in
estimating software (e.g., Sage Estimating, Bluebeam, Procore, or
similar). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication
skills. Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines
