Job Description:

seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the
successful delivery of high-profile commercial projects. This is a
fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced leaders and
gain exposure to all phases of project execution. Client Details
Our client is a well-established GC known for delivering
high-quality commercial projects across office, healthcare, retail,
and institutional sectors. They offer a collaborative team culture,
strong mentorship, and a clear path for advancement. Description
Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation
from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate with
subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely
project milestones. Support procurement, submittals, RFIs, and
change order processes. Help maintain project records, meeting
minutes, and progress reports. Collaborate with field teams to
ensure alignment between office and site operations. Profile 2-4
years of experience in commercial construction project coordination
or management. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management,
Engineering, or related field (preferred). Strong communication,
problem-solving, and organizational skills. Familiarity with
construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS
Project). A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow into a Project
