Join our growing team, passionate about growth. /n As an Experienced Maintenance Technician III at MountainLoft Resort, you will be responsible for maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in good repair, ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property. Your primary focus will be on guest relations and problem resolution. /n OPEN HOUSE INTERVIEWS – Check out our wonderful resort and meet our team! /n /n - When: Every Friday and Saturday /n - Time: 10am to 2pm /n - Location: 110 Mountain Loft Drive, Gatlinburg, TN 37738 - Go to the Front Desk and ask for the Chief Engineer. /n /n Here’s why you will love It here: /n /n - Day 1 Benefit Eligibility: Excellent health care options, including medical, dental, and vision /n - Driven Compensation /n - Recognition Programs and Rewards /n - Travel Discounts Program /n - Outstanding Paid Vacation Program and Paid Sick Days /n - Employee Assistance Program that supports your physical and mental wellbeing /n - 401(k) program with company match /n - Tuition reimbursement programs /n - Employee Stock purchase program /n - Numerous learning and advancement opportunities /n - And more! /n /n Job details: /n Full-time- Open to working a variable of shifts, including weekends and holidays. /n What Will I be doing? /n /n - Maintain guestrooms, public areas, and back areas, ensuring well-kept property and the physical structure of the resort. /n - Repairs boilers, plumbing, pumps, exhaust fans, and PM all types of HVAC equipment, including new refrigerants. /n - Completes maintenance and facilities tasks from work orders and visually inspect and test machinery and equipment. /n - Dismantle defective machines and equipment; install new components. /n - Install and repair electrical apparatuses, such as transformers, wiring, and electrical components of machinery and equipment. /n - Set up and operate machine tools, such as grinders and drills, to repair and fabricate machine parts. /n - Provide customer service to fellow team members, members, owners, and guests. /n - Respond to calls and questions from members, owners, and guests. /n - Conduct proper building rounds and maintain accurate records and documentation. /n - Maintain, clean, and chemically balance pools, spas, and water features as directed. /n - Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by management. /n /n What are we looking for? /n /n - Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate well with guests in English /n - High School Diploma or equivalent experience. /n - Proven experience in facilities maintenance /n - Ability to climb stairs and ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and perform grasping, stooping, and overheard reaching with out Capable of climbing stairs/ladders up to 40 feet, pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs., lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., and performing grasping, stooping, and overhead reaching. /n /n It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: /n /n - 3-5 years or more of related experience /n /n License & certifications /n /n - HVAC trade school certification, preferred. /n - CPO, OSHA 30, CFC CERT, preferred. /n /n Come and experience the difference in working for a company that values each one of its employees! “Where You Belong” isn’t just a tagline – it’s a promise. /n Eligibility: All U.S. regular full-time and part-time Team Members are eligible for a wide range of benefits.
