This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of projects and upholding our commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The Project Assistant will work closely with project managers to facilitate project planning, execution, and finalization processes. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about building infrastructure and providing top-tier solutions in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services across the southeastern United States. Assist with the preparation, scheduling, and coordination of project details. Support project managers in executing construction plans from inception to completion. Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting any discrepancies to the project manager. Handle administrative duties like document preparation, filing, and maintaining project records. Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders to ensure materials and resources are available as needed. Assist in ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations. Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of construction processes and terminology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not required OSHA Safety Certification is a plus
