industry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent
Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will
have experience in CNC, preventative maintenance, and
electromechanical systems. This is a permanent position that
requires 5 years of experience in the field. Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to
ensure optimal performance and longevity. Troubleshoot and repair
CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and routers. Conduct regular
inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and implement
solutions. Install, maintain, and repair electromechanical systems,
including motors, pumps, and conveyors. Collaborate with other
maintenance technicians and production staff to ensure efficient
and safe operation of equipment. Maintain accurate records of
maintenance and repair work performed. Identify opportunities for
process improvement and cost savings. Qualifications: 5 years of
experience in maintenance and repair of CNC machines and
electromechanical systems. Strong understanding of preventative
maintenance practices. Ability to read and interpret technical
drawings and schematics. Experience with hand and power tools, as
well as diagnostic equipment. Ability to work independently and as
part of a team. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. High
school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or
