advancement Job Details Troubleshoot and develop PLC and control
systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Work with robotics and
HMI programming for seamless automation integration. Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to improve plant machinery and control
systems. Ensure compliance with OSHA, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and
automotive industry standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in
Electrical Engineering 2 years OR Associate’s 4 years in a related
role. Experience with PLC programming (Siemens S7, TIA Portal, RS
Logix 500, Studio 5000). Strong skills in robotics troubleshooting,
HMI configuration, and control integration. Ability to apply
statistical techniques and troubleshoot electrical systems
