HVAC PM A leading Mechanical Contracting Company is actively seeking an experienced and driven HVAC/Plumbing Service Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a Service Technician with a history of success. Excellent company culture. Compensation package commensurate with experience. Qualifications for Senior PM / VP of Operations 10 years of Mechanical Contracting experience. Technical Expertise : Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems, including knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, and heating components. Certifications : Relevant credentials like EPA Section 608 certification for handling refrigerants, or HVAC-specific training from a recognized program. Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to diagnose issues quickly and efficiently, often under pressure, to minimize downtime for commercial clients. Customer Service : Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, explain technical details, and ensure satisfaction on service calls.
