Job Description:
Manufacturing/Automation Controls Electronic Technician We are
seeking a full-time Manufacturing/Automation Controls Electronic
Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Read schematics,
troubleshoot, and repair production equipment. Fabricate custom
control systems. Work with electrical systems (up to 480 VAC),
electronics, PLC programming, AC/DC motors and drives, and
relay/PLC-controlled equipment. Perform basic mechanical
troubleshooting, repairs, and minor fabrications. Solve complex
technical problems independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. 5–7 years of industrial
maintenance experience. At least 5 years working with electronics
and PLCs. Proficiency with Allen Bradley software tools (RSLogix
500/5000, CompactLogix, FactoryTalk View Studio, and more). Strong
schematic reading and technical comprehension skills. Excellent
attendance, safety record, and work habits. Collaborative and
adaptable to team dynamics. This is a hands-on, technical role
ideal for a detail-oriented problem solver with a strong background
