Job Details Job Details: Our company is currently seeking highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Techs for our 1st and 2nd shift teams. The ideal candidates will be dynamic, hands-on individuals with a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems, and a passion for maintaining and improving complex machinery. Responsibilities: As Maintenance Tech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Performing routine and preventive maintenance on all manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. 2. Troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults in a timely and effective manner. This includes diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, testing and making adjustments as necessary. 3. Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. 4. Complying with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas. 5. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes in equipment, procedures, or work conditions to improve efficiency and safety. 6. Documenting and maintaining records of all maintenance and repair work. Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you will need: 1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry. 2. Proven experience with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. 3. Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and best practices. 4. Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues. 5. Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and manuals. 6. A strong commitment to safety and quality. 7. Good physical condition and endurance, with the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. 8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
