Responsibilities Service Excellence: Tackle a wide variety of
residential plumbing challenges - from everyday service calls to
more complex diagnostic work - with skill, confidence, and pride.
Problem Solving: Handle advanced troubleshooting and repairs. If
it's tricky, messy, or requires thinking outside the box - you're
the one we trust to get it done right. ?? Apprentice Mentorship:
Lead by example. Offer guidance and on-the-job training to
apprentices, helping them sharpen their technical skills and
professional habits. Quality Workmanship: Deliver clean,
code-compliant work every time - no shortcuts, no excuses.
Continuous Learning: Stay sharp by keeping up with the latest
plumbing technologies, tools, and best practices. You bring fresh
ideas back to the team. Emergency Response: Step up when customers
need urgent help. Calm under pressure, quick to act, and focused on
safe, effective solutions. Clear Documentation: Complete accurate
service tickets, time logs, and photo/ video reports. Inventory
Awareness: Keep your truck organized and stocked - ready to handle
whatever the next job throws at you. Client Connection: Educate
homeowners about their systems, explain repairs clearly, and offer
preventive maintenance tips. Benefits Package (Eligible after 90
