Job Description Job Description Grayson Subaru has an immediate opening for Certified Technicians Competitive Pay Scale The Service Technician provides routine maintenance, runs diagnostic testing and completes different types of repairs per manufacturer regulations and guidelines. This job requires a technician that is thorough and detail oriented as to maintain corporate standards and warranty submission requirements. We are searching for an individual to join our close knit team that is highly motivated and dynamic to further ensure that we provide our customers with optimum service and high quality repairs. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, some post-secondary automotive training, at least three years of dealer-level experience and a certification by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). An unrestricted driver's license, clean driving record, strong technical performance record and strong physical dexterity/ stamina are required for the position. He or she must be able to work productively in a team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills and the ability to deliver world class customer service
