Do: The ACF Manufacturing Engineering team within the Asheville
site is seeking an experienced and motivated project engineer to
manage development and qualify new processes and assist in
manufacturing readiness for these processes at the Asheville, NC
site. The candidate must demonstrate technical project management,
interpersonal and team skills, as well as strong communication
skills and the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing business
requirements. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute new site start
up for single crystal airfoil casting process Create and
maintain/status Level 2/3 schedule for all technical tasks. Create
cost structure and work with IPMT to manage project to cost targets
Develop and maintain Earned Value tool/database Execute all project
engineering tasks as part of the IPD process. 10% travel may be
required for this position. Qualifications You Must Have:
University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years
prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree in a related field
and minimum 5 years experience. Strong Project Engineering/Planning
and Communication/Presentation skills are a must for this position.
Ability to work with earned value and project management tools US

field with 7 years of experience in project management Six Sigma
green belt or equivalent PMP Certificate Master’s degree in
Engineering or related technical field Proficiency in SAP and Pratt
and Whitney project discipline Familiarity with process
development, casting process Broad knowledge of the aerospace
industry and experience in turbine engine parts manufacturing What

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily
onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as
they are essential to the development of our engines. Candidates
will learn more about role type and current site status throughout
the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to
and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal
responsibility. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure
hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of
the interview process in-person at one of our office locations,
regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or
remote. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000
USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several

experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired
