What You Will Do: The ACF Manufacturing Engineering team within the Asheville site is seeking an experienced and motivated project engineer to manage development and qualify new processes and assist in manufacturing readiness for these processes at the Asheville, NC site. The candidate must demonstrate technical project management, interpersonal and team skills, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute new site start up for single crystal airfoil casting process Create and maintain/status Level 2/3 schedule for all technical tasks. Create cost structure and work with IPMT to manage project to cost targets Develop and maintain Earned Value tool/database Execute all project engineering tasks as part of the IPD process. 10% travel may be required for this position. Qualifications You Must Have: University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience. Strong Project Engineering/Planning and Communication/Presentation skills are a must for this position. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
