You’ll Get to Do The Maintenance Supervisor provides hands-on
leadership to the maintenance team supporting our metal and
aluminum extrusion and anodizing operations, ensuring effective
proactive and reactive maintenance. This position reports to the
Maintenance Manager. This role is perfect for an individual who has
attention to detail, strong work ethic/reliability, and is a
problem solver with a proactive approach. A vital member of the
Maintenance Department, this is an opportunity to build a career

Responsibilities Lead the Maintenance team and deliver both
reactive and proactive multi?skilled maintenance across mechanical,
electrical, and automated equipment, including total preventative
maintenance and breakdown management. Ensure timely and accurate
completion of maintenance work while improving site operational
effectiveness, project delivery, mean time between failure (MTBF),
and overall downtime reduction. Implement and track Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs) that support operational goals and ensure
adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. Drive
technical excellence by supporting continuous improvement efforts,
enforcing standard policies, procedures, and maintenance processes,
while identifying deficiencies and recommending improvements.
Mentor and guide team members while fostering a culture of
continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principles through
enhanced training, work practices, and process optimization. What
We Are Looking For Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance
supervisor or management in a manufacturing environment; extrusion
and anodizing experience is strongly preferred. Strong diagnostic
capabilities with the ability to troubleshoot and repair
electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, identify improvement
opportunities, and successfully implement change. Hands?on
industrial experience maintaining and repairing production
equipment, including the installation, testing, and repair of
electrical motors and hydraulic/pneumatic control systems.
Proficiency with industrial electrical and electronic control
systems; familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Preventative
Maintenance (TPM) methodologies is highly desirable. Work a
