ideal candidate for the Service and Parts Manager will be able to
demonstrate excellent organizational management skills with a
background in heavy equipment repair \u0026amp; maintenance. The
Service and Parts Manager will serve as a leader and an effective
communicator in an up tempo environment. The position will revolve
around scheduling, inventory management, personnel management,
maintenance, repairs, communicating and any additional tasks as
assigned by supervisor.Summers-Taylor, Inc., is the largest heavy

Job Duties:
- Effectively and efficientlyschedule and prioritize workloads
among mechanics
- Will adhere to and monitor preventative maintenance schedule
daily
- Excel in high volumes of phone communications
- Learn and operate specified equipment software, including
diagnostic software for varying equipment
- Responsible for the maintaining of vendor relations
- Maintains proper inventory levels and ensures necessary parts
are obtainable.Job Requirements:
- Ideally, the candidate should have 5+ years of organizational
management experience with a background in heavy equipment
including:
- Road tractors, dump trucks, cement mixers, dozers, scrapers,
back dumps, excavators, etc.
- Must pass pre-employmentbackground check

physical
