Operations Leader who can accelerate performance, lead managers,
scale processes, and elevate our Install and Service/Sales
divisions into a tightly connected, efficient, and profitable
operation. This is not a maintenance role its a builders role for
someone who thrives on: Designing operational excellence from the
inside out Developing leaders and building a winning, accountable
culture Driving revenue, profitability, and long-term company

your opportunity. What Youll Own (Key Mandates) Operational
Leadership: Full responsibility over Install & Service/Sales
productivity, efficiency, quality, and customer experience
Performance & Revenue Growth: Drive KPIs, pricing discipline, close
rates, and profitability Manager & Team Development: Build a
high-trust, performance-driven leadership bench Systems & SOP
Implementation: Architect scalable processes that reduce friction
and increase output Capacity & Resource Optimization: Ensure labor,
scheduling, and tools are always aligned to demand and revenue
expectations Strategic Execution: Collaborate directly with
ownership on growth, expansion, and market domination You will be
given authority, resources, and support to lead transformation and
deliver measurable results. The Executive Were Looking For You are:
A seasoned leader with deep experience in residential plumbing
operations A strategic thinker who sees the macro picture while
flawlessly executing the micro A sales-minded operator who
understands revenue levers, not just workflow A leader of leaders
confident in coaching managers and empowering teams A data-driven
optimizer who tracks KPIs, identifies gaps, and fixes them quickly
Hungry for growth and unafraid to hold others accountable to high
standards Youre respected in the industry because you consistently
deliver: Efficiency gains Margin expansion Team performance
improvements Customer loyalty and referrals You know how to win and
how to bring others with you. Requirements 5 years in plumbing
operations leadership (multi-department or P&L experience
strongly preferred) Successful track record developing managers and
high-performing service/install teams Strong background in
value-driven residential sales Competence with operational
technologies (dispatching, KPI dashboards, etc.) Proven experience
driving growth not just overseeing it Valid TN drivers license and
clean MVR Compensation & Executive Rewards Base Salary: Starting at
