My client recently opened several General Dentist opportunities. They offer clinical support with direct one-on-one mentoring to their Dentists and Specialists. My client allows you to concentrate on your area of expertise, while others manage patient administrative paperwork and office staffing. They strive to hire great people from top to bottom, to ensure efficient flow of daily operations; from the reception area to dental assisting staff. Not only do you have the freedom to focus on the clinical side of dentistry, but you have control over treatment plans.Benefits:

  • Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
  • Work week is typically M-Th 8-5
  • Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas.
  • Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations.
  • Exhibit positive, responsible and professional leadership at all times, helping to create a great work environment for the clinic team.
  • Provide Clinic Coordinator and Clinic Manager with any support they may need in communicating requirements to the clinic team, including mentoring and training team members in order to ensure exceptional patient care.Qualifications:
    • DDS or DMD degree
    • 2 years experience in a Private Practice Setting
