Job Description:
Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Allied Health

BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP Must-Have: RRT or CRT Description: Respiratory
Therapist position available. Facility has 241 licensed beds. It is
a Level 3 Trauma Center and a Certified Chest Pain Center. The
patient population includes infants to geriatrics. Average number
of patients per day is approximately 170. All aspects of adult
critical care are required. Experience in pediatrics and infant
care is preferred. Departmental leadership is available for
support. Hospitalists are present 24/7. Virtual critical care
support is available after hours. Technology used includes an
electronic medical record system and various ventilators. Traveling
may be required to different facilities within the region, as
needed. Floating mid-shift will be compensated for travel time.
Weekend rotation is expected every other week. Travelers will be
required to work a majority of holidays. Time-off requests can be
approved up to 6 days, excluding holidays. Job scheduling follows a
6-week cycle. Scrub color is royal blue.
