This full-time, Monday through Friday (8 AM 5 PM) opportunity involves providing primary care services to an adult patient population. Responsibilities include managing both chronic and acute conditions, performing Medicare wellness checks, conducting physicals, and administering vaccinations. Support staff includes medical assistants and additional APP providers onsite.
