Registered Nurse (RN) | Neuro ICU Location: Knoxville, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,945 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Neuro ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Active and unencumbered nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, Stroke certification required Must-Have: Must have Cerner experience, no exceptions Description: Position requires experience in Neuro Critical Care. The nurse will float to Medical Critical Care as needed. Ratios are typically 2:1 and 3:1. No first-time travelers accepted for this position. The nurse must work 4 weekend shifts per scheduling period, with night shift being Friday and Saturday. On-call requirements may be applicable. The position will be unit-based but may require floating based on facility needs. Block scheduling can be accommodated. Local candidates are accepted within a 25-mile radius. Pending licenses are not accepted. The nurse must work 2 out of 3 major holidays, with the opportunity to select which two blocks of holidays to work. Expectations include the completion of necessary compliance documents. RTO requests must be kept to a minimum, preferably no full-week requests during the assignment. License must be verified and in hand prior to the start. Modules required are non-billable and will vary by specialty, completed during onboarding and annually.
