The Helen Ross McNabb Center, a leader in behavioral health services in East Tennessee, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist / Counselor to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive environment that focuses on helping individuals and communities achieve their mental health and wellness goals. As a Therapist / Counselor, you will provide high-quality therapy and counseling services to our clients, helping them manage and overcome mental health issues and improve their quality of life. Conduct clinical evaluations to assess client needs and determine appropriate treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to help clients address various mental health conditions. Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients. Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and client progress. Engage in continuous education to stay current on best practices and new therapies in mental health care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in behavioral health interventions and psychotherapeutic techniques Ability to work effectively with diverse populations Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong ethical framework for confidentiality and privacy in client interactions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Tennessee. Additional certifications in specific therapeutic techniques or modalities are highly advantageous.
