Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care – North Carolina Start Date: November 23, 2025 Location: North Carolina Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Weekend rotation required, 3 Mondays and Fridays per 6-week scheduling period; holiday shifts per staffing matrix Highlights: Team-Based Care model utilizing a multidisciplinary approach with physicians, nurses, case management, pharmacists, and PT/OT 30-bed Acute Care unit serving diverse patient populations from Med-Surg to ICU acuity levels Patient ratios: Stepdown/ICU 2-4:1; Med-Surg 5-6:1 with dedicated PCT support Modern equipment and technology including Cerner EMR, IV pumps, wound vacs, and Pyxis medication management Comprehensive orientation with ACLS completion support Part of a recognized healthcare system with multiple awards for clinical excellence and patient safety Requirements: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS certification required; ACLS must be completed prior to end of orientation One year Med-Surg experience preferred ICU or Stepdown experience strongly preferred Proficiency in IV starts, CVL/arterial lines, Foley catheter insertion, EKG monitoring, and wound care Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic care environment Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the unique opportunity to care for a diverse patient population across multiple acuity levels within a collaborative, team-based environment.
