Pain Management Physician (Pain Management Physician (MD/DO) -
Boone, NC. Job Type : Full-time. Shifts : Days (Mon - Fri).
Healthcare Setting : Medical Group. Summary: The Facility is
located in Boone, NC. The facility is looking for candidates who
can Conduct thorough evaluations of patients experiencing acute or
chronic pain, including taking medical history and performing
physical exams. Develop and implement personalized pain management
plans, utilizing a combination of medication, physical therapy, and
lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate and detailed patient
records, including treatment plans, prescriptions, and progress
notes. Qualification: Must have obtained an MD or DO degree and
completed an accredited residency program. Minimum one year of
experience is required. Licensure, registry required: State of
North Carolina and Federal DEA Certification: Valid Medical
License. Certifications: BLS/ACLS Certified. Benefits: All Standard
