with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Asheville,
North Carolina, 28801! Job Title: Emergency Department Registered

of 2 years in Level 2 trauma center and high-volume emergency
department License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS,
PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, ENPC (within 90 days of hire) Must-Have: 2
years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in an emergency
setting Teamwork mentality Ability to coach and give feedback in
real time Flexibility to work in all areas of the emergency
department Description: We are seeking an experienced emergency
department registered nurse to join our team. The emergency
department features 101 beds and maintains a patient ratio of 4:1,
increasing to 7:1 for behavioral holds. Registered nurses will work
alongside technicians and clerks in a fast-paced environment. The
department utilizes advanced equipment, including Baxter pumps and
GE monitors. Successful candidates must be familiar with the Cerner
documentation system. Scheduling will require availability for
every other weekend without block scheduling. While floating
outside of the emergency department is not required, candidates
must be open to floating to different sections within the
department. A strong focus on patient experience is essential,
utilizing AIDET and respectful behavior in all interactions. This
department is known for its teamwork and welcoming atmosphere. We
