a qualified Rehab RN in Asheville, North Carolina, 28803! Job

Must-Have: Advanced skills needed Description: CarePartners brings
together four services: rehabilitation, home health, adult care,
and hospice. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional, personalized
care to help patients live the fullest and most rewarding life
possible. We work closely with caregivers and families to ensure
that everyone receives the support they need. The facility is an
80-bed inpatient center for acute rehabilitation. We offer
rehabilitation programs for a multitude of illnesses, injuries, and
conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and
amputation. We provide a full continuum of post-acute
rehabilitative care, from traditional therapies to specialty
programs. In many cases, we are the only provider in the region
with these services. Patient ratios are maintained at 5-6 patients
per nurse. Certified Nursing Assistants are available on all
shifts, and there is 11 hours of unit secretary support. The unit
is equipped with IV pumps, specialty beds, feeding pumps, and
lifts. The documentation system used is Meditech. Nurses are not
required to float between units as all units are connected and
interchangeable. Experience in medical-surgical or rehabilitation
settings is a plus. The facility holds certifications from relevant
regulatory bodies. We are committed to ongoing staff development
