Offering competive pay, 401k, bonus system and health insurance Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Assistant located in Sevierville, TN. The Dental Assistant will assist the dentist in providing quality patient care, including preparing patients for treatments, handling instruments, sterilizing equipment, and ensuring the dental operatory is clean and organized. Additional responsibilities include taking digital dental X-rays, using 3D digital scanners, educating patients on oral care, and maintaining accurate patient records. Providing excellent patient support and ensuring a smooth workflow in the office will also be essential. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care Proficiency in sterilization procedures and maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment Hands-on skills and experience in Dental Assisting Strong communication skills and ability to provide patient education Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and maintain OSHA and HIPAAsafety standards Current dental assisting certification and relevant training is preferred CPR certification is required Compassion, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset
