Job Description Psychologist Opening | Johnson City, TNFull TimePermanent Position Join a mission-driven behavioral health team in Johnson City, Tennessee, providing high-impact psychological care to older adults in a collaborative post-acute/long-term care setting. This full-time, 4-day-per-week role offers autonomy, stability, and strong earning potential—all with no nights or weekends.Position Overview:• Full-time schedule: 4 days/week • No evenings or weekends • Ability to design your own daily schedule • Practice autonomously while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams • Unlimited earning potential: $98,538–$116,305 annually, uncapped productivity Responsibilities:• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral interventions • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans • Work closely with nursing, medical, and therapy teams to support patient well-being • Make a meaningful impact on the mental health of older adults Qualifications:• PhD or PsyD in Psychology • Active Tennessee psychologist license with independent practice/billing ability • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills • Passion for serving older adult populations Compensation & Benefits:• W2 employed position • Base salary uncapped productivity compensation (paid biweekly) • Flexible paid time off • 401(k) with generous employer match • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance & enhanced perks • Industry-leading onboarding and ongoing education/training
