to find a qualified Long-Term Care RN in Knoxville, Tennessee,

Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Current RN license required
Certifications: BLS and NIHSS required Must-Have: EKG testing must
be passed before start date Description: Please carefully read the
submission instructions before submitting. Auto offer available
with bi-weekly orientations. Every other weekend is required. The
nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:7-8. Floating may be required when the
census is low. Travel requests during major holidays will not be
accommodated. Previous charge experience is preferred. Charting
system experience with Cerner is required. Experience in long-term
care or similar settings is beneficial. Interdisciplinary support
includes various healthcare teams. Daily patient census averages
18. The unit specializes in transitional care, including
post-operative recovery. Patient diagnoses may include respiratory
issues, dementia, and post-surgical conditions. Specialty
procedures performed on the unit may vary. Candidates must have
recent experience relevant to the position. Ability to manage
multiple patient care responsibilities is essential. Strong
communication and teamwork skills are necessary. Compliance with
safety and infection control protocols is expected. Ongoing
