Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Asheville, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,832 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12:45 PM - 1:15 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Level II trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, high volume emergency department License: Active RN License Certifications: - ACLS before hire - BLS before hire - PALS before hire - TNCC before hire - CPI before hire - NIHSS before hire - ENPC within 90 days of hire Must-Have: - 2 years of nursing experience - At least 1 year of experience in an emergency room setting - Teamwork mentality - Ability to coach and provide real-time feedback - Flexibility to work in all areas of the emergency department Description: Client is committed to providing high-quality healthcare with a focus on safety and patient experience. Necessary equipment includes monitors and infusion pumps. Documentation is handled through a comprehensive system. Scheduling is flexible, with an expectation of working every other weekend. Floating to various sections of the department may be required. All staff are expected to adhere to patient experience protocols.
