Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted. • Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Ballad Health. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Required skills and experience: Med/Surg, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Orthopedics, Plastics, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Oral suctioning, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, Colostomy/ileostomy management/care, Feeding tube care and management, Renal failure, Heparin, Insulin, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Isolation Precautions/PPE, Wound Care/Wound Vac Preferred skills and experience: MS/Tele, Telemetry, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Accessing/Managing Ports, Phlebotomy, Total joint replacement, Surgical drains, Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac, Tracheostomy care/management Required credentials: BSN required for international clinicians. Shift & schedule requirements: 36/36 schedule Special request requirements: Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education as we prepare future nurses for the profession.
