Job Description:
Job Description This regional children’s hospital in Asheville,
NC is seeking a board certified/board eligible pediatric
pulmonologist to join our well-established team. Qualified
Candidates: Board certified/board eligible by the American Board of
Pediatrics with specialty certification in pediatric pulmonology
Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina
Ability to see an average of 20 patients per day Incentive/Benefits

region’s only children’s hospital covering western North Carolina
with 60 pediatric subspecialists in 23 different disciplines
51-bed, Level-III NICU staffed by our Neonatology team 19 bed
Pediatric Unit 9 Bed PICU staffed by our Pediatric Intensivist team
Opportunity to work with the Family Medicine Residents and UNC
Medical Students Strong MFM program and new MFM Fellowship; good
relationships with OBs and OB/GYN Residency An average of 3,000
patient admissions to our pediatric inpatient units Approximately
4,500 pediatric surgeries, and 14,000 pediatric visits to our
