Job Description:

will design, execute, and evaluate training initiatives that

Develop educational material and curriculum for nurses and nursing
staff. Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training
sessions to ensure clinical competency. Assess educational needs
and learning outcomes of the nursing staff. Maintain current
knowledge of the latest healthcare practices and standards.
Collaborate with healthcare team leaders to tailor education
strategies. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and
make improvements. Strong teaching and mentorship skills Ability to
assess educational needs and implement strategic solutions
Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient in
clinical practices and standards Experience with e-learning and
technology-based tools for education Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered
Nurse (RN) license. Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) preferred.
