designed for nursing students who are looking to expand their
skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment focused on personal
and professional growth. Assist in the delivery of patient care
under the supervision of a qualified nurse Support orthopedic staff
with setting up equipment and preparing patients for exams and
surgeries Monitor and report changes in patient conditions Gain
proficiency in electronic health record systems Participate in
multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Strong understanding of orthopedic basics Ability to multitask and
handle stressful situations Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Basic proficiency in clinical practices and
patient care Comfort with hospital information systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification HIPAA training preferred
