Job Description:
Spartanburg Regional is seeking a pediatrician to join the
teaching faculty at the Spartanburg Medical Center – Center for
Pediatrics, located in Spartanburg, SC. The practice provides
continuity of care to the patients of Spartanburg, SC. Highlights
of the opportunity include: - Both inpatient (newborn nursery and
pediatric floor admissions) as well as outpatient time, with back
up NICU and PICU physicians available for assistance with
complicated patients - Call is 1:5 with possible flexing call
schedule with hospitalist duties - FM Resident and medical student
teaching responsibilities - NP supervision - Congenial work
environment with a great support system - Well established diverse
patient base and reputation - Areas of special interest can be
accommodated - Procedures – circumcisions and lumbar punctures -
$6000 CME annually - 30 days of time off per year - Attractive
