Asheville Cardiology Associates (ACA) is seeking an experienced advanced practice provider to join our expanding general cardiology practice in Asheville, North Carolina. Qualified Candidates: Completion of an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program with appropriate certification exams Has, and maintains, current license with the North Carolina Medical Board BLS, ACLS certification required Cardiology APP experience preferred; and/or cardiology clinical rotations Position Highlights Hybrid Role - IP /OP Position Schedule is a mix of 12 and 10 hr. shifts APP will split time between the office and hospital Performs admissions, discharges, consults and general rounds on cardiology patients in the hospital Works autonomously seeing patients in the outpatient clinic setting Inpatient days only; 12 hr. shift; 7A-7P Split days include inpatient in am; clinic in pm; 10 hr shift; 7A -5P Outpatient only days; 10 hr shift; 7A-5P Inpatient coverage will include occasional weekend shifts Incentive/Benefits Package: Competitive compensation Comprehensive health benefits package 401k
