What You ll Do
- Lead and provide comprehensive neonatal care within a
35-bed Level III NICU
- Manage a high-acuity neonatal population (average daily census
)
- Support neonatal admissions and deliveries through the NICU and
related services (annual volumes provided)
- Deliver advanced neonatal interventions including
high-frequency ventilation and therapeutic
hypothermia
- Participate in well-baby rounding two weeks per
month in collaboration with the Family Medicine Residency
Program
- Provide care alongside a structured neonatology team (4
Neonatologists) with rotating service coverage
- Collaborate with 24/7 Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
coverage for continuous patient care
- Engage with pediatric subspecialty support, including
Cardiology, Pediatric Surgery, Ophthalmology, and
Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
What You Need
Required
- Completion of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship
training
- Board eligibility
- Ability to reside within the immediate local
area (residency required); relocation may be
required
Preferred
- Experience working in a Level III NICU
