Experience with non-Microsoft networking platforms including Cisco routing and switching, VoIP, Linux, Packeteer products, PBX systems, or key systems is desirable.Qualifications:Minimum Requirements1. Minimum 5 to 10 years IT networking and systems experience with responsibility for installing infrastructure and systems including servers, networking equipment, storage area networks, and VMware/Microsoft solutions2. Proven success installing and maintaining IT network solutions3. Excellent people skills, communication skills and self-management skills4. Experience and desire to work in a team environment with other engineers5. Honesty, integrity and a genuine desire to help6. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience deploying, troubleshooting, and managing Microsoft Networking products such as:2. Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server (Standard and Enterprise)3. Exchange 2010/2013/2016 Server (OWA, OMA, ActiveSync)4. SQL Server 2008/2012/2016 (install, configure, troubleshoot) Windows Small Business Server (adding additional Windows Servers to SBS, migrating from one SBS server to another SBS server)5. Experience with LAN and WAN network design and implementation6. Must possess strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills7. A thorough understanding of Microsoft networking technologies including Active Directory, Group Policies, Dynamic DNS, DHCP, and WINS8. VMware/SAN/Citrix knowledge a plusBeneficial Attributes (strongly desired, not required)1. MCITP: Server, Exchange or SQL2. VCP, strongly desired, not required3. Citrix experience strongly desired4. CCNA5. Leadership experience6. Solution Design Experience7. Project management experience8. Ability to create Visio drawings of network equipment9. Any Cisco switching, routing, firewall, wireless experience a plus10. Experience working for a Value-Added Reseller11. Experience with ConnectWise PSA or other ticketing/CRM solutionPosition Responsibilities1. Install and maintain infrastructure solutions2. Provide break-fix support to clients when experience issues3. Utilize troubleshooting skills to determine root cause and to implement appropriate solution to resolve network/server issues4. Assist other technicians as needed5. Documentation of work performed as well as providing customer network documentation6. Ensure excellent customer service7. Maintain and achieve certifications as requested8. Meet deadlines and customer expectations9. On Call responsibilities on a rotating basis10.
