Communities is looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer
to join our Information Technology team. This position is the
senior technical lead responsible for keeping the organization’s
technology and communication network stable, secure, and scalable
while driving complex changes forward based on the organization
strategy. This role will serve as the primary escalation point for
high impact incidents, performing deep troubleshooting,
coordinating restoration efforts, and ensuring root causes are
addressed, not repeated. What you'll do: Serve as the senior
escalation point for network incidents, lead troubleshooting,
restoration, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Plan,
implement, and validate complex network changes and continuing
evolutions Lead network upgrades, migrations, and refreshes;
coordinate cutovers, maintenance windows, testing and rollback
plans Implement and maintain secure network standards for
configuration, segmentation, naming, IP addressing, and
documentation Produce and maintain accurate network diagrams,
runbooks, and technical documentation; ensure change records are
complete and usable Mentor, facilitate, and manage Level I and
Level II network support training for larger Givens technology team
Create and maintain ongoing SWOT analyses, risk analyses, or
equivalent reports of infrastructure health and direction on a
recurring basis during the year Perform any other duties and/or
tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized
supervisor What you'll need: 3 to 6 years of progressive network
engineering experience in multi-site enterprise environments 2
years of hands on expertise across routing, wifi, switching,
wireless, and firewalls Experience with common network services and
integrations: VLANs, QoS, DHCP, DNS, PKI basics, VPN, AAA, NAC
concepts 1 years experience with Office 365, Exchange, Intune, and
Teams 1 year experience with Azure cloud networking infrastructure
tools within the tenant as well as database instances and virtual
environments 1 years working in any customer service role
Compensation is $110,000 to $130,000 per year, based on background
and experience and includes our comprehensive benefits package
