seeking a Transactional Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3–5
years of experience to join their in-office team. This is an
exceptional opportunity for a mid-level attorney ready to deepen
their practice, build strong client relationships, and grow toward

the Role: You will be trusted with meaningful responsibility from
the start. This role is designed for an associate who thrives in a
hands-on environment and is ready to contribute to complex
transactions with precision, insight, and initiative. Key
Responsibilities: Drafting and negotiating commercial and
residential real estate contracts and closing documents Managing
transactions from initial agreement through closing Conducting due
diligence and resolving title issues Advising clients on land use,
leasing, and zoning matters Coordinating with clients, lenders,
brokers, and local agencies Supporting business development efforts
and strengthening the firm’s presence in the regional real estate
market What We're Looking For: J.D. from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in North Carolina 3–5 years of
experience in transactional real estate law (commercial and
residential) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational habits and attention to detail A proactive,
business-minded approach and a desire to grow a personal client
