We are seeking a HOA Residential Real Estate Attorney to join our Asheville, NC team. This role is ideal for a skilled legal professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to providing top-tier counsel to HOAs. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and guidance on HOA-related matters, including governance, contracts, bylaws, and compliance. Support HOA boards and management companies by facilitating clear and effective communication. Conduct legal research on real estate and community association issues, ensuring clients remain informed of regulatory changes. Handle some litigation, including enforcement actions and dispute resolution. Draft and review legal documents, including declarations, amendments, and contracts. Represent clients in hearings, mediation, and other legal proceedings as needed. Qualifications: Must be licensed to practice law in both North Carolina. Experience in HOA law, real estate law, or community association law preferred. Strong research, writing, and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
