firm is looking to add a Litigation Attorney to their Knoxville
office. Attorneys with 3 years of civil litigation experience are
encouraged to apply. Insurance defense experience is required.
Candidates must be licensed to practice in Tennessee. A book of
business is a plus. Job Details: We are currently seeking a
dynamic, highly skilled, and self-motivated Permanent Litigation
Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This is an unparalleled

will be primarily focused on Insurance Defense Litigation, and will
play a critical role in managing all aspects of litigation,
including taking and defending depositions, pleadings, discovery,
trial preparation, and court appearances. Responsibilities: 1.
Manage a caseload involving insurance defense litigation matters.
2. Conduct complex legal research and analysis to develop
innovative case strategies. 3. Draft, review and negotiate legal
documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests,
responses, and other legal correspondences. 4. Represent clients in
court, before government agencies, or in private legal matters. 5.
Conduct and defend depositions effectively to gather or provide
critical case information. 6. Communicate effectively with clients,
colleagues, judges, and others involved in the case. 7. Collaborate
with legal team members to ensure a coordinated and efficient
approach to meeting client needs. 8. Stay updated with the latest
legal trends, regulations, and rulings that may affect your cases.
Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice in the state of Tennesseeand in good
standing. 3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Insurance Defense
Litigation. 4. Proven experience in taking and defending
depositions. 5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution
skills. 7. Strong written and oral communication skills, capable of
explaining complex legal issues to non-lawyers. 8. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. 9. Strong attention to detail
and organizational skills. 10. Proficiency with legal research
