Job Description:
Your Contribution In this position involved with processes
related to shipments, invoicing, transportation, EDI, customer
websites, pricing, and packaging. Provide data for creation of
Customer Master Data Populate material master sales views and
warehouse views Create and maintain customer material information
records & scheduling agreements; troubleshoot pricing differences
Create and maintain customer-specific work instructions Responsible
for processing, packaging & labeling shipments and invoices Track
customer delivery performance Review and maintain customer website
information (as needed) Review and troubleshoot the status of
incoming EDI & Outgoing EDI transmissions Create and modify
prototype and tooling orders Process customer returns and resolve
delivery performance differences with customer locations
Communicate freight scheduling with Shipping Research and resolve
accounts receivable issues (freight charges, returns, etc.)
Coordinate engineering and packaging changes with production
scheduling Participate in customer visits as necessary Pack and
label product for shipment; Process and track UPS and FedEx
Shipments Your Experience & Qualifications Associate's degree (A.
A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six
months to one year related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience. Logistics &
Warehouse Management experience is required Fork Truck & Stock
Picker Certifications are required Strong Communication Skills
