As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of
the team and represent Mr. Appliance on support calls. You are
responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints.
Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to
all customers and employees.
Just to clarify, this job is mainly communication with customers
via answering phones, returning phone calls, and setting up work
orders. You must possess the ability to quickly and effectively
answer a call and accurately enter the information into the
software system. This is NOT a telemarketing job.
You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You
are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and
satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations
on a day-to-day basis.
- Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous
- Create work orders for in home service technicians
- Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work
and earn business
- Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training
in related positions
- Receive and check in parts
- Answer calls and questions from service technicians
- Minimum two years admin experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Typing speed 50WPM or more with accuracy
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently
- Able to pass a background check
- Must be on time, and not call into work
- Leave personal drama at home
- If you make a mistake, own up to it
