Staffmark is seeking qualified and motivated individuals to work at A.O. Smith, a growing and successful Water Heater manufacturer in Johnson City. Assemblers must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the responsibility of performing tasks involved in the production of Water Heaters in a safe and efficient manner. Operates, tends, stops, and cleans machines; -assembles finished product; and -inspects work to ensure highest quality. Experience is preferred but not required.   • Assemble components while inspecting for fit, form, and function per defined procedures
  • Machine operation
  • Learn multiple tasks related to the assigned production area
  • Use a variety of hand tools
  • Work quickly with minimal errors/mistakes
  • Maintain a clean and safe production area
  • Other duties as assigned Requirements of the Assembler:
    • 18+ years of age
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Ability to work independently or on a team
    • Ability to multi-task and problem solve
