My client in Johnson City, TN is seeking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a 100% REMOTE 6-month contract opportunity with a strong possibility of extension and/or converting permanent! They are seeking for candidates with the required skills below: 1. Entry level IT support experience in a Windows 10, O365 environment, Active Directory. 2. Password resets 3. VDI session resets 4. Customer Service Skills are important here!
